1. There is a liquid with glitter quicksand inside the coaster. Be careful that if it falls or is damaged by an external impact, the liquid may sometimes flow or permeate.
2. Do not use it as a dishware.
3. Do not place heated kettles, pots, etc. directly on the coaster.
4. Do not use the product in a microwave or dishwasher.
5. There may be minor scratches on the surface which may occur during the manufacturing process.
6. Remove the protective film on the front and back before use.
7. Scratches may form from friction between products.
8. Small scratches may be detected due to the material nature.
5. Product damage caused by consumer carelessness is not compensated, so be sure to observe the above.
6. As a product measurement method, the size and some error indicated may occur, and there is no reason for returns and exchanges.
1. 取消订单
- 订购后状态变更为配送准备时无法取消订单，请先通过一对一咨询或Channel Talk咨询。
- 作为活动商品，同意不可取消的商品以后不能取消。
- 商品开始配送后，因顾客自身的原因申请取消订单/成功取消订单时，顾客需要自己负责来回运费。
2. 换货/退货
- 顾客需要换货/退货时，收到商品的七天内可通过邮件申请退货。
- 因顾客自身的原因发生换货/退货时，顾客需要负责退货费与来回运费。
- 确认退货申请且可以退货时，顾客将收到有关退货费与来回运费的通知。
- 因商品本身与介绍、广告等内容不符，或收到不良品、发错货等理由换货/退货时，运费由平台承担。
※ 此外，对于换货/退货的其他政策，将根据平台使用条款进行运营。
3. 不可退货的情况
- 除收到不良品、或商家发错货等情况下的退货或换货
- 没有写明退货理由的情况
- 商品的标签、价格标签被撕开的情况
- 使用或被洗涤过的商品
- 被顾客损坏的商品
- 丢失商品包装的情况（包装袋、包装盒等）
- 未遵守上述退货日期的情况
- 商品或商品包装有损坏的情况
4. 关于配送
1) 运费
- 海外运费，将根据平台指定配送公司的运费，由重量、距离不同而有差异（包含包装的重量）。
2) 配送日
- 商品一般会在订单支付完成后5~10天内到货。
- 配送时效将根据配送国家、商品库存、通关等情况将会不同。
- 商品开始配送后，顾客可通过邮箱或“我的页面”->“订单详情”查看配送信息。
3) 注意事项（以下情况可能会发生延迟到货，对此希望能得到您的谅解）
- 在商家休息日或休息日前的营业时间外下的订单；
- 商家临时休假、年末连休、夏季休假等情况；
- 配送繁忙，或遇到恶劣天气的时候；
- 星期六、星期日、节假日的订单，将在下一个工作日发货。
